Diastasis recti, also known as abdominal separation, is a condition where the rectus abdominis muscle separates along the midline of the stomach. This can occur during pregnancy and can lead to a weakened core, back pain, and other issues.
The Holistic Core Restore® Diastasis sessions are specifically designed to help with diastasis recti. I will lead you through a series of exercises that focus on rebuilding core strength and stability, improving posture and alignment, and promoting healing of the abdominal separation.

During each session, you will learn exercises that target the transverse abdominal muscles, which play a crucial role in closing the abdominal separation and supporting the spine. You will also learn exercises to improve posture and alignment, which will help to reduce the strain on the abdominal muscles.
I will work closely with you to ensure that the exercises are safe and effective for your specific needs. I will also provide advice and education on proper form, technique, and injury prevention.
